Ricocel ES-3261A Solder Pallet is a laminate material comprising glass cloth and a highly chemical-resistant epoxy resin. This material exhibits exceptional durability under high temperatures and when exposed to lead-free soldering flux chemicals, surpassing other composite materials. It is designed to be ESD safe, effectively shielding components from electrostatic discharges, and finds extensive use as a PCB carrier or solder pallet in various soldering processes.
Through rigorous testing, Ricocel Solder Pallet has demonstrated outstanding performance in dimensional stability, resistance to water absorption, and protection against chemical attacks such as flux. Its machining capabilities are notably superior to those of alternative composites, allowing for precision machining of thin walls and pallet bottoms down to 0.5mm thickness.
