Glass Straight Edging & Miltering Machine UM-1045

Description

This machine is quipped with 6 motors which can process glass bottom edge and front arris (can adjust angle from 0 degree to 45 degree), 2 motors for front seaming and 2 motor for rear seaming. All process is finished are one travel.
This machine adopts bearing conveyor system. It is suitable for small glass 80mm x 80mm and heavy glass 4m x 4m processing.
The machine adopt PLC control and operator interface.
Loading and unloading conveyor use timing belt. It can adjust height to set different glass removal. The front conveyor movement is motorized.
There is also a mechanical readout to show glass thickness.
The working speed can be adjusted by the stepless regulator.
The machine spindles are driven by high precision motor.
This machine is also featured by wide processing range and easy operation.
