SP1080 BTU/Watt Solar Power Meter

The NEW improved SP1080 BTU/Watt Solar Meter has all the same features and performance as the original SP1065.  It can switch between two units of measure:   BTU/hr*ft^2 and Watts/M². Switching between modes is easily accomplished by using the buttons on the new embossed-style power switch that provides a smooth front surface and a sleeker appearance. The membrane-style power switch style is accompanied by auto-power-off the circuit that will turn the meter off after a period of inactivity. This will help extend the life of the batteries in this portable device.

SP2080 Solar Transmission & Power Meter

The NEW improved SP2080 Solar Transmission & Power Meter has all the same features and performance as the original SP2065.  It has three units of measure built-in: BTU/hr*ft^2, Watts/M², and Solar Transmission percentage. Switching between modes is easily accomplished by using the buttons on the new embossed-style power switch that provides a smooth front surface and a sleeker appearance. The membrane-style power switch style is accompanied by an auto-power-off circuit that will turn the meter off after a period of inactivity. This will help extend the life of the batteries in this portable device.

SS2450 Solar Spectrum Meter

Other meters on the market today cannot measure as much of the solar spectrum range as the SS2450 instrument.  These other meters represent performance based upon a smaller range, which results in errors.  The SS2450 uses patented optics that are capable of replicating almost the entire solar spectrum through the Near Infrared region and displays this performance with six performance metrics:
  • UV Transmission
  • Visible Light Transmission
  • Infrared Transmission (900 to 1000nm)
  • Infrared Transmission (780 to 1700nm+)
  • Overall Solar Transmission
  • Damage Weight Coefficient

TC2800 Tint-Chek+ Window Tint Meter

Measure VLT or Visible Light Transmission (Transmittance) of automotive glass and any glass/film up to 1/4" or 6.5mm thick.  The TC2800 has several advantages over existing tint meters in the marketplace and upgrades that set it apart from our TC1800 model. Additionally, the TC2800 is designed for law enforcement, police, and tinters.

TS1320 Commercial Tin Side Detector

The Commercial Tin Side Detector (Model # TS1320) incorporates several new features requested by users of previous tin side detector models.  The lamp is more durable and energy-efficient, with more definitive test results than previous models.  This Commercial model makes it easier to identify the tin side of the glass in well-lit environments.

TS2300 Digital Tin Side Detector

The digital Tin Side Detector offers a new technology for identifying the tin surface of float glass. This new detector boasts several advantages over traditional bulb-style detectors:
  • By placing the meter on both sides of the glass, the instrument will immediately determine which surface is the tin surface.
  • The user no longer has to interpret the reflection of a bulb-style lamp on the surface of the glass to make a subjective guess as to which surface is the tin side.
  • The TS2300 can be used in any lighting conditions.
  • More rugged, portable, and energy-efficient than previous products of its kind.
  • No need to frequently replace bulbs or batteries with this exciting new product.
  • Helpful to glass processors: laminating, specialty coating, and printing.
  • Great tool for use in production or the lab.
  • The perfect tool for identifying which side of the glass to print on.

WE2500 Window Energy Meter

Demonstrate the SHGC performance of your glass right in front of your customers' eyes.  Slide glass samples into the opening of the meter, and the UV Transmission %, Visible Light Transmittance, and SHGC performance will be immediately displayed.

WP4500 Window Energy Profiler

Test the energy performance of installed windows. The Window Energy Profiler has a large enough opening to fit over the window sash of an installed window. The WP4500 displays four real-time measurements of windows: the estimated SHGC value along with the UV, Visible Light, and Infrared Transmission values.
